The Restaurant

Our philosophy respects Mother nature’s cycles: some of our raw materials are produced organically directly on our premises, such as our prized extra-virgin olive oil Olea.
Our natural and genuine products, which some of theme are produced by the local farms, are chosen and prepared by our expert master chef Antonio Sciullo and his team of chefs and combined together to create gourmet specialties.

All our recipes are accompanied by wines from our select wine menu: a delightful treat of flavours and aromas for wine lovers and bon-vivants; our wine menu also includes the red Rubigo and the white Ebrium, which are produced in our vineyards from white and red grapes.
